Before submitting an entry to The Green Story you must click the confirmation box confirming you have read the competition rules and Terms and Conditions and you agree to abide by them. The Site 'The Green Story' (also known as "theGreenStory.co.uk", "theGreenStory.com" and "GreenStory.co.uk") is owned and operated by Green Metropolis Limited ("GreenMetropolis.com") and the information and materials appearing on the Site ("the Content") are displayed for personal, non-commercial use only. You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to The Green Story ("theGreenStory.co.uk") are owned by Green Metropolis Limited. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit your content to us. We ask you to post submissions that are proper and appropriate and you must not do the following: upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harmful, hateful or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable. We ask you to post submissions that are proper and appropriate and you must not do the following: post content in a language other than English; post content that violates the legal rights of others, in particular, material that contains the intellectual property rights of third parties unless you have obtained all necessary licences and consents to use such content; advertise, promote or offer to sell any goods or services. Story entry submissions must not reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else, other than on our submission form which requires the entrants name and e-mail address. The entrants name may be posted with the entry and be visible on the website, we do however agree not to disclose the e-mail address of entrants. Submitted entries are not checked or moderated, however we retain the right to delete, move, edit, update or otherwise alter submissions in any way, at our discretion and without notice. Any content is therefore viewed and used by you at your own risk and we do not warrant, in any respect, the accuracy or reliability of any of the information posted or displayed. Any views and opinions expressed and displayed as part of The Green Story are those of the individuals and are not necessarily those of The Green Story, GreenMetropolis.com or Green Metropolis Ltd. or any of their affiliates. The entries are a work of fiction. Names, Characters and Events are the product of the authors imagination and any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. The Site may include links to third party Internet websites which are controlled and maintained by others. Changes will become effective 24 hours after first posting and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after that time.
